St. Louisans have been enjoying drag since the 1870s, but boozy drag brunches are a more recent craze, and this city offers a variety of venues where guests can enjoy unique experiences, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and dazzling performances. Whether you’re a seasoned attendee or new to the scene, here are some options to consider this weekend:
Prism STL 4510 Manchester Avenue 63110
Come for the drag fix you’ve been needing! Located beneath the iconic neon Grove sign on the western end of the district, The LGBTQIA+-owned Prism STL hosts a popular brunch buffet and show every Sunday called Pink Eggs & Glam.
Prism is a great place to celebrate special occasions, as the glamorous Roxxy Malone and her cast of A-List performers regularly invite patrons onto the stage during part of the show. The entire venue can also be rented for private brunch events. Doors open at 11:00 AM, with the show kicking off at 12:30 PM, and advance ticket purchase is a must. Beyond brunch, Prism offers nightly drag shows and special events throughout the week. prismstl.com
